Actively engage with, and monitor the presence of, children begging or at risk on the streets and link them with appropriate statutory helping services.

hoursMin one shift per week. Leanbh operates 24hrs per day on 4 hour shifts. Volunteers work shifts suitable to them.

A Mentor is a volunteer aged 20 and over who acts as a role model, advisor and friend to a young person. Mentors meet with their young person every week for a few hours and they engage in various activities such as sports, going to the cinema, talking, getting involved in courses. The co-ordinator will help the Mentor and Mentee set some goals such as building self-esteem, literacy etc
